posting a violin & case

I have sold my electric violin with case. What is the best delivery method and type of packaging. Any ideas most welcome

As it's in a case, you could wrap the case in several sheets of bubble wrap, and then either place it inside a suitably-sized cardboard box or break a larger box and wrap it around and then seal it using a strong parcel tape.

I have received several electric guitars using a similar method and also sent a 20kg keyboard with no problems. Good luck

When I bought my daughter's electric violin it arrived in a cardboard box, no bubble wrap, but it is a padded case. It was perfectly alright by this method.

Hi, my husband sold an electric guitar and asked in a local music shop if they had any used packaging he could buy from them and they brought out a guitar-shaped box and didn't want anything for it. Might be worth a go?
