Bank Of Scotland's New Overdraft Charges (Nonsense)

I'm sure this new scheme is benifincial for some (as pointed out) that go slightly over there overdraught on occasion. But I think it is pretty poor that some seem to imply that if we are not happy with this it is our fault that we cannot manage our finances.
I have 2 current accounts one of which has been overdraw for quite some time however, I have made considerable progress in paying it off by putting in £20 a month (which is the most i can afford) and have paid over half of it off. But now it is one step forward and two steps back.
I'm sure i am not the only one in this type of situation, and yes I was able to affort the overdraught when it was first granted...so I do not need a lecture on that.
Some people who relied on overdraughs could afford them, when they only had a couple of pounds interest to pay a month, can't afford them now.0
