    Nooo! co-codamol has paracetamol in it, you could easily overdose doing that. You need to alternate it with ibuprofen. Sorry Beanie, just had to correct there.

    Love that dress on the next link - the one that comes in black or red. I'd feel all swishy in it......not quite sure it's all that practical for pushing DH's chair tho. ;)

    DD1 has just cooked a chilli for DH and I for tonight - DD2 is cooking chicken and chips for her and DD1....so I get a night off....I knew this having kids malarky would pay off one day.

    Afternoon all :D

    Have to say while I agree with using plus size models for plus size ranges (thats just common sense) I do not agree with using bigger models for non plus ranges - it would make it impossible to tell if the clothes were the right cut - the reason they use non curvy models is so you can see the cut of the clothes and not the womans curves...this is important if you are looking for an item that has a straight lines for example :)

    I can't take ibuprofen cos I'm asthmatic and it makes me wheeze, so that's out. Have been using heat and that's helping.

    Nothing else seems to be getting it, but Pint has some extra strength co-codamol (Kapake it's called) so may give that a try tonight as I keep waking up in the night in pain
