The free stuff on that site isn't free - you have to pay p&p - when I looked at the "fill your details" bit in, it didn't come up as secure.

Has anyone ever ordered anything off there?

Elfen, that's a great idea, we tried that with ex. Unfortunately we tried it with the psychologist who wouldn't let ex in or help. My psychiatrist actually requests that someone who knows you well goes to appointments so she can see what's really going on, not just what I say.

Tenmah, can I pick your brains? I got a trolley on wheels from a&a, it's got two trays in a frame. She adjusted it for my height so I don't have to stoop to push it about, but that means the trolleys are waaaay too high to eat off, or put the laptop on, or do anything useful with, is it ok for me to adjust it back down? I don't need it to move stuff around, I actually asked for a table like you get in hospital that you can swing over the bed or settee, this was the nearest thing they had to that.

And, can I phone her back and say I've remembered something else I wanted adapting? I totally forgot to ask for a lever for the toilet flush, like the things you get on taps.

If you are just going to use the trolley to eat off, then yes you can
adjust it to the height that is suitable for you. Even you were using it to move around you could - they just set it to the recommended height that suits you.

You should still be open to her, so yes phone up about the lever handle.

I got the link from another MSE'r who said she had got stuff from there and my daughter got a pendant from there. It doesn't come with a chain and wasn't the best quality but ok for an almost freebie!
