    Life's not bad ta Beanie. Diet going badly this week but runnng going well, love-life a disaster but kids are doing well, and really looking forward to my little run of social occasions over the next few weeks, so overall more positive than negative.

    How're you doing? Wish you could come to the party!

    Shall I drink the wine? Or give it to the kids so I can have a bit of peace? :D

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
