Google Payments are not in the UK yet, they are only in USA
Ebay UK no longers allows Nochex
Its heading towards Paypal only payments0 -
So eBay are now going to cancel the auctions of those who accept nochex? Dont think so this rule will be unknown to any and whats it to eBay as long as you pay and they get their fees.
There pretty much just a broker between you and the seller.0 -
We've still got bank transfers as an option........Gwlad heb iaith, gwlad heb galon0

I wonder under european anti-competition law they are allowed to actually do this?
Anyway with Royal Mails new pricing scheme from later in the year I expect to see a drop off in the number of listings on ebay.0 -

I am a bt concerned that some of the posters there might be in for a shock. There was one person who had taken advantage of the 5p BIN day on ebay with immediate payment required but used nochex instead of paypal. I hope he didn't list too much as he won't get his fees reduced to 5p as he appears to have overlooked the bit where it says: you must offer PayPal as the only payment method.
I gave up on nochex a while ago, but have to say that I hadn't realised ebay has specifically banned it as a payment method.

Further to this, Power sellers are up in arms.
Here's the Register story on it.
