windows 7 home premium for novice

hiya

i have very little computer knowledge i can just about switch on and access the internet which is about my limit

i just bought this http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.207-0828.aspx which has windows 7 home premium but i got no idea what to do or how to get the best out of it

is there anywhere i can find something like a starters guide for inexperienced / slow learners like me (im in my 50s and technology is something i have difficulty with)
