"Baby Angels" website - refund query.

Before xmas I bought a product online from the "Baby Angels" website for my granddaughter. Baby Angels took the money from my credit card a/c but sent a completely different product to the one I had ordered. Because it was so close to xmas I was told to return it after the New Year when they would refund the original price plus return postage. I returned it on 2 January, in it's original packaging etc by recorded delivery.
Yes you've guessed, despite numerous emails, and phone calls to their messaging service (they don't take calls direct) I haven't received a refund nor will they respond to the emails or phone calls.
The product was under £50 and the return postage was £2.60. Can anyone advise my next step please?
Oh, and they didn't send me a receipt, albeit with the wrong product. The only proof I have is their original email acknowledging the order and the money they've taken from my credit card a/c which is shown on my January statement.
