Part Exchange Question
Hi quick question, went to car dealers the other day to purchase a new car, my car is on finance and settlement was £3870 so the dealer agreed on £3900 for my car and put this on the forms.
Rang the finance company today to just recheck settlement figure and now owe £3680 due to jan payment being taken. Would the dealer still honour the original figure now of £3900?
