Basic UK service contract templates?

Hi all, been a while since i was last here.

Anyway, I have a bit of a problem. I have been offered an ongoing commission based marketing contract* by one of my website clients.

Basically its a % of all sales driven through the new website I developed for them.
Problem is neither me or the client have done this before.
I have plenty experience in affiliate marketing (through a network) but never via a direct relationship, so I am 100% happy with the arrangement we have come up with, but it is up to me to put it in writing.

The scale of the venture is such that i cant warrant getting something drawn up from scratch by a business solicitor, so was wondering if anyone knows where i can find some UK based service contract templates?

I would of course get the final thing reviewed by a solicitor if needed, but this is unlikely to turn into a million pound contract!

If you are a member of the FSB then they have some sample contracts on their website but you have to be a member to access them.
