Okay.

See Title! They lost my letter, with a Postal Order of £17.15. Caused many delays, I had to make numberous trips to the post office, fill in the claim form, buy another, waste my time etc.

I am in the process of geting back my money and the fee, but this process has taken my time!! How dare they.

Might I claim further compensation, wether it be a book of stamps. Anything to partially cover my waste of time!! If so how would I ask for this?

You could try writing to them but then that would only waste even more of your time ... it all seems somewhat counterproductive

Well I've had to send them a letter anyway, sicne they wanted further evidence of Posting.

I've stuck in a covering letter complaining at them! They do my head in!
