I HAVE A WEB SITE HOSTED BY EASILY.CO.UK. AN OLD FRIEND MADE UP MY WEB SITE FOR ME FROM HIS OWN COMPUTER. I NOW NEED TO UPDATE IT. IS THERE A WAY OF DOWNLOADING THE PAGES, CHANGING THEM, THEN UPLOADING AGAIN.

Usually webhosts provide a server side backup utility that will do this for you. It should create a zip file with all of the files in it.
Alternatively & again depending on your webhosts server you have other options.
If it is unix based (eg not a windows server ASP etc) you can use an FTP client to connect & copy the files to your PC. If you have frontpage server extentions (FPSE) installed do NOT do this as it will corrupt & render them useless.
If you do have FPSE installed, then you can use Microsoft Frontpage to transfer the files to your PC0
