Trying to list -Ebay say I've reached my limit!

Hi
I have been a member of ebay for 5 years but have just started selling, I got rid of some stuff and everything has gone fine. However I was just trying to list some stuff, using turbo lister when I got a message saying 'You've reached the limit for the type of item you're trying to list, so you can't list any more of these for 30 days' It then gives you a link to an ebay site regarding reviewing their selling limits.
I didn't know ebay had selling limits. Has anyone else come across this?
Do I just have to wait the 30 days then

Are they designer items? I know some people get them limited to so many a month0

i had this for selling mac items- they tend to do it with items that are heavily counterfitted so you cant get in sell as many as you want then leave before feedback is left or claims are filed. you can appeal and i did but even with 100% feedback they didnt lift this

Hi yes they are designer items, but I know they are genuine as I bought them myself from the shop. So no point in appealing then, once the 30 days are up are you then free to list items? Meanwhile can I list other items in the same category as long as they do not have a designer name?
