You shouldn't have any problems as she seems very well established as an ebay seller. However, make sure you pay via paypal backed by a credit card, just in case...

the p&p is alot higher due to ebay fees
they only charge on the selling price not the p&p.
cheaper way to sell on ebay.
just a shame the seller has not pointed out why the p&p is high.
when i sell on ebay, i make the goods cheap and a higher p&p but i always list thew reason why, due to ebay selling and listing costs..0 -

Unlike you the seller knows that confirming you are avoiding ebay fees is a way to get suspended. Every knows it happens, but most sellers know that if they keep it fairly reasonable and keep their head down even when they do get reported ebay are unlikely to act. However, I would think you are on very dodgy ground agreeing to rule breaking openly, it might be seen as a challenge to ebay's authority and I would caution you to seriously consider whether it is a good idea or not.
The seller in this case is a high level powerseller and therefore not liable to immediate suspension for the first offence, we lesser mortals are much more likely to get our accounts suspended if we are turned in.
