Ikea kitchen expert please

Hi we have decided on ikea kitchen units and now trying to work out if a duropal 600 wide top will fit.
The reason is ikea's worktops are 620 wide.
So does that mean the 600 wide worktop doesnt cover the doors?

Thanks Niall

600 depth is pretty standard everywhere. units and worktops.
the ikea ones hang over the top of the 600 units somewhat.
    Get some gorm.

Ikea units are slightly deeper than normal hence the requirement.

The base units are 580mm deep + the door so a standard 600mm top fits absolute flush with the doors with no overhang.

It's one of the reasons we produce granite countertop blanks at 630mm.
