Credit Card Charges

HFC Bank processed a payment incorrectly from my Credit Card. What do I need to do next???
After discussing with an agent at the Royal Bank of Scotland, it was discovered that HFC Bank processed the payment incorrectly.
The sale should not have been processed as a cash payment, and as a result of this I am being charged an additional interest rate on top of the rate that I am already being charged for my other purchases.
A payment was taken from my credit card, it was then credited, and then the same amount taken out again.
Obviously I don’t want to be charged for interest continually for this cash purchase, as I will be charged interest at a rate of 1.873% until the cash payment total has been paid off.
Can anyone help as I am being charged around £30 interest each month. Any help/info would be much appreciated!
:)

Write to HFC to complain and to request a refund of the interest.

Meanwhile, you need to stop using the card and clear the balance on it, have you looked into a 0% card to transfer the balance and kill future interest?

I've stopped using it, but it may take me a couple of months to clear the debt.

What cards are out there that offer 0% interest?

    Thanks for your advise! :)
