Mortgage Interest help/MI 12R/Lost forms!

Hi folks (Did also post about this in the mortgage thread as well)
If anyone can help that would be great thank you in advance.
We are eligible for support on the Interest with our mortgage, and so far 4 MI 12R forms have been lost within the dept who deals with these matters.
The lenders complete them and send them direct, and it its coming to the stage that the lenders are ringing us all the time now to find out what is going on.
About a fortnight ago the Bens Dept who sorts out the mortgage interest confirmed they had finally received the stated form, but just required further information about a secured loan that was settled within the remortgage, so we send these where they have confirmed today they have these but have not come across the MI 12R form, my hubby told them that they said they did 2 weeks ago.
Now they are asking again for another to be completed!!
Enough is enough.
When we ring them, their system works like this:
Someone will ring back by 3 hours, if not then ring back, so we have done this and was told the same.
We need to take this higher, so require contact details to do this but do not have any.
I suffer high BP have a son with special needs and my hubby on meds for depression, its driving us up the wall, this all should have been sorted months ago, my hubby been unemployed for over a year due to job losses, not for long we hope as he has a chance coming up for new employment, but this needs sorting out now.
I cannot give personal details on an open forum but will just give this info, we live in the Gwent area of South Wales.
If anyone knows of any contacts this will be a great help, thank you.
(These were all originally posted by recorded/special delivery as well).

If you wish to complain yourself, you need to ask for the name of the District Manager. I would be inclined to contact your MP, they will be able to give you the name of the District Manager, and write on your behalf.
I am trying to deal with the JCP and ATOS today, so you have my sympathies!
Gone ... or have I?0 -

Awe thank you for this.;)
I feel for you as well, I know its not easy.
But good luck.
My hubby did actually ring them back and asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager would call back after the meeting, its something we did think they would say, but no return call up to now.
I think though I'm just getting impatient now.......:o, its a worry though, because we have had to recently request for a housing application as well, just to be ahead of ourselves, just in case.
As the arrears are building up to a critical stage again, and we are paying all we can on benefits.
Roll on for a new job for hubby.......:T, fingers crossed.
Thanks for your help, much appreciated.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

thank god it's not just me getting f****d about by our illustrious government department of works and pensions!! I too have unfortunately been out of work for 2 years(not for the want of trying though, i hasten to add).
I have been signed off as I am in severe pain and require a hip replacement(as per the doctor!!)
I have signed off jsa, as instructed and been put onto Employment Support Allowance. I too have a mortgage that was having part of it being paid by the dwp, but since being placed on ESA, nothing....2 weeks and now I,ve been told that my form "12R" was not received by the correct lender??? !!!!!! is that all about?? I am at my wits end as I have already incurred £1000 of legal fees for the dwp failing to pay their part of the mortgage when i was on jsa!!! Anybody got any ideas ,as I am waiting for a 3hr call from Belfast too.
ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED.....SORRY FOR THE EXPLETIVES!!:mad::mad::mad::mad:
