reclaiming whilst in a DMP

Hi all, I have a couple of ?'s i would like answering if pos plz


1. My wife & I are currently in a DMP with playplan and I want to reclaim our past cc charges, but some of our debts have been sold on. my question is 2 fold, can I still reclaim the sold on ones and will this affect our DMP overall?

2. The address to which you send your 2nd letter asking them to refund your charges, is this your local bank? or would the addresses on the reclaim bank charges help thread be ok?

any help would be greatly appreciated as I want get our debts sorted asap.

You would need to contact your DMP provider and explain what you are going to do and how this effects your DMP.

on question 2 will depend on who you are reclaiming from.
