What do i do next??

Having looked through the site previously i sent a letter to Lowell requesting a copy of the CCA for an outstanding o2 account that i had been paying.

A few days later i recieved this as a reply :

We are in receipt of your recent written request for a copy of your executed credit agreement under section 77(1) and / or 78(1) of the consumer credit act 1971. Please find enclosed the £1 sent with your letter.

Please note that the balnce requested for payment is a service agreement and not a credit agreement as defined by the consumer credit act 1974

We have, however, requested statement from the original creditor which will show you how the balance requested is made up. These will be forwarded to you on receipt.

Please be assured your account has been placed on hold until the requested statements have been recieved at which point we will require your proposals for repayment.

So this leads me to the thread title and where do i go from here if anywhere???

(apologies if this is posted in the wrong place!!)
