Egg Money Card

Can anybody help? With the egg money card do you have to load money onto the card before you use it so as to avoid paying interest as I only want to use the card for purchases and to gain the 1% cashback and then pay it off in full at the end of the month with out incurring any interest fees.

You can use it like a normal credit card. There is no need to pre-load it before hand.0

Yes. I too was concerned over this aspect and rang them to confirm it is just like any credit card. You are only charged interest if you don't pay by the due date.0

Note also if as I do, you do pre load the card you get 4% interest on your positive balance and also the 1% cash back on your purchases. There may be better cards? but I would not be without Egg Money Card.
