When do you get charged BT fee?

I've just switched two of my old cards to two lob cards IF at 4.95% and Amex red at 5.9%.
I have just received my first statements for both and note that i haven't been charged the BT fee on either of them. I know there is a fee of 2% of the balance from when I signed up.
I am not complaining if i don't get charged the fee but I don't want to budget now and then find that I am stung for it later.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Neither of low LOB rate cards I know charges for introductory BTs.
See http://www.stoozing.com/0fees.htm - bottom of the list.
It is always worth reading at least a Summary box. For example, IF credit card summary box clearly states:Balance Transfer Fee 2% or minimum Ј2 (on promotional rates except introductory offer)0 -
Nice one thats cheered me up. Thanks, Guess I was too focused on finding out what the fee would be rather than seeing if it was actually charged.
Got myself an extra £150.00 now
