Advice re mattress choice.....

Your right, I had said about the Kozeesleep Stress Free and was going to go for the hand tufted one at £199 but cant find that on a site that has satisfaction guarantee.
I then found the 'Mattress Emporium' site and but the Stress Free wasn't on there so selected possible mattresses based on similar spec (i think) to the Stress Free. i.e. open coil, hand tufted, ~10" deep, 13.5 gauge medium tension (altho see the Sennett is 'slightly firmer than medium'-personally prefer hard mattress but 11yr old daughter doenst like ours hence going (reluctantly due to worrying it is must too flimsy) for medium-ish)
Hence the above three options from Mattress Emporium or the Stress Free from Bed Street or My Next Mattress.
So, Tim, taking into account all four and from where they are available as regards to satisfaction guarantee etc can you give me your final recommendation please?......can you tell I'm terrible at making decisions....
The stress free is on their site I just looked.0 -

Thanks Tim, have found it now-not sure how I missed that!
This site it is then BUT reading description of Stress Free hand tufted vs micro quilted it does seem that the former is firmer but that both are considerably firmer than the La Romantica Faye. Will need to talk to daughter again as not sure if the Stress Free may end up being too firm.
Any experience of just how different these might be as far as firmness?Original investigations had them all as medium 13.5 gauge hence selecting them for consideration. Although I note original comments re hand tufted holding the mattress filling together better surely there cant be too much difference in quality in between the hand tufted and quilted Stress Free if still choosing those.
Sorry Tim, feel I am being a pest now but really appreciate advice. If only I could stop finding good bargains on this site, I would save a fortune! :rotfl:0 -

No there isn't really any difference in quality between micro quilted and hand tufted. It's just that the hand tufting pulls the quilting tighter, so fives a firmer feel.0 -
Decision made - going for the Hand tufted Kozeesleep Stress Free.
Going to phone company in am and put through order.
Many thanks for extensive help Tim, and to others that also added their views. If only I could stop finding good bargains on this site, I would save a fortune! :rotfl:0 -

hi
I didn't say "they all checked out" I said I googled homes magazine and that checked out.
just did a bit more googling on hypnia and they've sold loads on ebay with thousands of +feedback and seem to be available on a few different websites and resellers.
my hypnia purchase definitely wasn't a scam! had another great night sleep last night and soon to do the same again!
all online purchases are covered by a return policy so why not try one and if it's no good send it back?
Just because the magazine checked out, it doesn't mean that the endorsements anre genuine.
This is direct from their web site. So they don't offer a satisfaction guarantee:ReturnsAll they do is comply with distance selling regs, which don't allow you to unpack and try the mattress out.
If you wish to return an unopened item please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that goods must be returned on a track-able service at the buyers cost.
We cannot accept returns of any products once they have been opened so please check sizes and requirements before buying. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use before making a purchase as we do not currently offer a satisfaction guarantee with our products.
They don't even display their address on their web site, which is dodgy anyway (if not illegal). So if anyone needs their address, it is here:
HYPNIA LTD
UNIT 6 MANOR PARK
35 WILLIS WAY
POOLE
DORSET
ENGLAND
BH15 3SZ
It looks from google earth that they are in a small industrial unit amongst loads of other companies, and not in a large warehouse.
The logo on the truck is without a doubt super imposed.
