Anyone been to a UK Vineyard? Or brewery

I was looking at taking my oh away for his birthday. He is really in to his wines but going abroad to do this costs quite alot.
I have looked at www.three-choirs-vineyards.co.uk it looks nice and reasonable reviews it would cost £460 for a 2 night stay (wine tour) you get a bottle of sparkling wine when you get there, dinner bed and breakfast (1 bottle of wine each night between 2) and wine tours and tastings. Food looks nice but the reviews for the wine itself are not fantastic :-(
Has any one been to something similar in the UK that you could recommend? He also likes his bitter so we could maybe do something like that although Im not a big fan of it (ok I hate it lol)

The Three Choirs is quite nice actually but my favourite UK vineyard is Camel Valley in Cornwall, really stunning wines and a good tour not sure if they do stays but it's worth a look. I do like English wine, these days it's good quality and the food, or wine miles are minimal! HTH:staradmin0

Thankyou, have looked at their website and looks very nice,
reviews for the wine seem good too. There are 2 cottages to stay in but i was hoping for a b&b or something, to make it more special, although I cpould look for one near byRecently married and loving it x0 -
Masham is the home of Black Sheep and Theakstons breweries and both do tours - it's a lovely market town in North Yorkshire, lots of B&Bs in the area.0

I was just about to comment on Shepherd Neame. It's in Faversam, and once you're in Kent you could do a vineyard tour as well. There are two just over an hour from Faversham. :beer:Only dead fish go with the flow...0 -
These chaps have a UK vineyard based in the Chilterns and produce a nice, dry white, amongst other products:
