How to complain to sky?

Hello I need to write to Sky because I cancelled their services (long story) but they have so far charged me for the service after I have cancelled twice.

They took £55 out of my bank acct in Dec (I only had £35 to live on that month). Now they are sending me threatening letters about not paying £25. I have ill health and this is not helping my situation.

Someone on another thread kindly gave me the email address I should write to but I have no idea on what to write. My illness makes it difficult to think and Im not very good at complaining I always seem to take the blame even when I know its not me:mad:. Thank you

Go onto their website and then click on contact us - there is an option for complaints with an address to write to !!!

It's easier to complain in writing than verbally.

List everything down saying what you have been through and what has happened and what you want the outcome to be.

I sent a email to [EMAIL="jeremy.darroch@bskyb.com"]jeremy.darroch@bskyb.com[/EMAIL] about a complaint i had about a offer i was offered and told i could take in Jan, Well i rang in Jan and was told i could not have it even after they read the note on my account. I fired a polite email to the email address above and got a reply within 24 hours saying sorry and they will add the deal. Good luck and i hope you get your issue sorted.
