Should I send complaint in now?

I am intending to re-claim for mis-selling against First Plus for two PPi polices against loans we had/have with them.
I've just taken the first step and sent off a SAR request to them. It is probably best to gather all evidence before doing anything else, but given that claims are taking so long, wonder if I should put my complaint into them now prior to receiving the SAR info back.
Do I have to put reasons why I believe I was mis-sold in my first letter, or keep things under my belt?

Hi Zippy, I put my complaints in before receiving the SAR's but only advisable if you know what you are stating in the complaint is actually correct. Its entirely up to the individual TBH but if you know how they were sold and you know they were definately missold then it can do no harm in sending in the complaints now.I am intending to re-claim for mis-selling against First Plus for two PPi polices against loans we had/have with them.

Do you have to say in your letter why you believe you your mis sold or just write in your letter that you believe you were without giving any reasons?0
