Hello, I have just bought a 1TB Buffalo Drivestation. Having a lot of trouble getting the manual from the manufacturer, each time i try to open the file , it keeps coming up as, "this file is damaged and cannot be repaired", this is with Adobe. I'm hoping to get this sorted out, i've installed it, dead easy, i've backed up everything possible on my PC. My main question is, because i've only got about 400MB left on Drive "C", can i make this drive station my main link, for downloads etc., as i'm not sure what will happen if i delete a lot of things off drive "C", will they still work on my PC. Thanks!

When you attempt to download the Adobe file, perhaps rather than opening the file, can you instead Save As (this is what I sometimes do). A better alternative to Adobe would be Foxit Reader . You can download files to which ever device you wish - and yes, if those files are saved to the external hard drive, the files will still 'work' but they might open/play slower: e.g. movie files, large jpegs etc.Hello, I have just bought a 1TB Buffalo Drivestation.
