Spud - love the boots. I find wedges much easier to wear than proper heels, I prefer the stability of them....I'm a bit wobbly otherwise.
Sally - I think I'd suggest that DH make the money first to pay for the bike repairs......maybe even see if it's worth getting the repairs done - sometimes people prefer to do the repairs themselves.
Hello Ostinato - welcome to the daily
Popped into town once I'd got DH up and sorted, got a few nice bits for dinner tonight thanks to MIL's gift cards - I'll be very good with the rest but just felt we needed a little treat tonight.
DH made lots of calls, he's got the forms coming for his free buspass, I can apply for a carers one too at £12 for the year (considering it's £2.20 return for me to go to town on the bus this will be very handy).... Shopmobility have booked him in for next week to go have a play on some scooters - they do weekend hire too which is fab. He now qualifies for free patient transport too so booked that for his next hospital appointment - he's all excited about going in a "neeenaaawwww" now - simple things eh

sounds fab pooky, i imagine that will all make life alot easier for all of you.
I'm toying with the idea of starting a diary, but my problem is i cant really come up with an SOA as my wages are all over the place, so it would just be ramblings and rants, would anyone even bother reading it.0 -
