Sounds like me...Ive always spent money to try and make me happy. I find though that once I get on a determined streak and don't spend any money it becomes easier and makes me more determined. Ive been crazy this month...making milk and stuff last an extra day so that I don't have to buy any on a day that would be a NSD otherwise. Planning going to the post office on a day when I have to spend money anyway :rotfl:
Sounds like it's working well! Initially read that as you'd been "making milk" and wondered how you were doing that :eek::rotfl:bookseller1980 wrote: »I hate to be cynical Sally but I wouldn't let him have the money.

Well done on the savings Gemmzie.
I'm a huge boots person too, but only have a brown pair. I do try to fight the urge where possible, but NEEDED these

Afternoon all!
I had an early rise today to take OH to train station for uni and then had to take my pooch to the vets for a checkup! (Shes on pain killers for long term
)
After that I took her a nice walk, came home and tidied up my room and sorted some ebay items to be posted today.
Plan to get that posted, then I need to go to the police station to collect a citation :eek: (I'm a witness for a theft in a shop I used to work in :A)
Plan to then hit asda and buy some stuff to make a nice pot of soup for us and then I am babysitting this afternoon!
Currently sitting here researching the uni's for my semester abroad next year! :eek:0 -
