    Evening all (just!)

No snow here, although we did have a flurry around lunchtime. Not drinking tonight. Don't really feel like it which is odd and I'm trying to shift a stone. Having said that, I had 3 biscuits in the office this afternoon. Why do I have no willpower? It's pathetic.

Spud, is it in the house or have you lost it outside?

My meeting with my support worker went well, she pointed out that I'm recognising the early warning signs (for me) of depression, which is good. Then went through things that I'd told her last time that help me, and I'm doing most of them. So I'm in a better place than I thought. I need to try and get an earlier appointment with my psychiastrist though, or see my GP, so that I can change my meds. I went for a nap when I got back at 1 and only woke up at 6! I haven't been sleeping too well so I think I needed it.

Nice boots Spud, I used to wear wedges and they were really comfy. I just got sick of them cos all my shoes had wedges! I've just ordered a pair of boots and a pair of shoes, I nearly got them a few days ago but waited to see if I really want them, and I still do. And I've got a few dresses that really need to be worn with boots. And they're high heeled so they'll !!!! sister off...
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

I havent seen it anywhere in the house, so I'm wondering if I've left it somewhere - Manchester or Leeds at one of the meets maybe. I never really go anywhere else to wear it.

Glad the meeting went well and well done on the new shoes and boots. Lets have a look at em :D
