Where do i stand with getting my money back for a car repair that wasn't needed

Nope not sorted yet, crankshaft sensor replaced, still same problem, throttle body replaced, not the engine management light or clicking noise anymore, but it still wont start easily, still takes 5-6 attempts of trying taking key, trying again, leaving at ignition 2, trying again, will start up no problem once the engine is warm or its been run.
The faulty connection on the dash was a pre-facelift fault, it had been solved by model years 53 onwards, mine is an 04 plate, still waiting to hear back from the garage, if its not third time lucky i think i may take it elsewhere.0
