Hi
I managed to get tickets to see Rod in the oddysey on 30th July. Was wondering if you know of any hotel / accomodation offers for a family room or two rooms near the oddyssey as planning to take the four kids with us and make a weekend of it . Thanks

Check out travelsupermarket on the internet for hotels in Belfast, There is no hotels right beside the odc they are all in and around the city centre but i do know there is a ramada encore that's opened recently and it'd only be about a 5 min walk, Thats the closest hotel i can think off and it should be cheap enough also0

Premier Inn (Its on Waring St)
Both just across the river. I cant see others reccomend many others.

Stayed in both, no complaints at all, in fact they were both top notch & brand spanking new!
If you are bringing the kids I wouldn't go to Ibis due to its location at top of Castle Street, which aint the nicest place to be at closing time on a saturday night!0 -
Hope you enjoy the cocert. As already recommended the Ramada Encore is excellent and should be able to accommodate the family in one room or provide joining rooms. I have stayed several times and won't stay anywhere else in Belfast. Its about a 5 min walk across the Lagan Weir Bridge to the Odyssey, as a massive bonus, and i reckon worth at least £15 per night, carparking in the multistory carpark right beside the hotel is totally FREE to hotel guests.0

Park Inn on Holywood Road is a short drive from the Odyssey - about 5 mins, in a nice area and some nice little local shops. hotel itself is 4* and has been spruced up recently. Good bar grub too. Not sure about rooms as I live locally and havent had to use them!
Theres another new hotel in city centre also called park inn which has interconnecting family rooms:
