norton all in one security

running norton all in one security. it runs out in 55days. it is cheaper for me to buy it new from shop than to renew through norton. my query is do i have to uninstall the old norton or when i put the new disc in will this overide the old one .do not want to change from norton as i am quite happy with it

I would remove the old version , there are removal tools on the Norton site , then do a fresh install

No one has answered the question yet. The OP didn't want to change, so why give all this advice about changing?

It will be much cheaper to buy a new 3 user licence through Amazon or other outlet, rather than renewing through Norton. It'll probably be less than half the price. All you need to do then is re-activate with the new licence key.
