London - restaurant recommendations

Hi, we are travelling to London on Saturday. We intend to go to the National Army Museum, site seeing at Downing St, Houses of Parliament and shopping at Harrods. Can anyone recommend a family restaurant around the Buckingham Palace, Diana Memorial, Downing Street area which won't break the bank but does serve good food?? Many thanks
