Phone Recycling 'Simply-Drop' Good Report *please move*

Hi All, I just wanted to inform those who are planning to sell their phones of the wonderful customer service I had from Simply-drop.

I had a new Nokia phone spare, so I went on the MSE phone checker tool MobileValuer.com and the phone was worth £97

I couldn't get to the postoffice in time so I just stuck it through the letterbox (after wishing I hadn't, as I had no reference number).

There was all the snow and simply-drops phones take 7-10 to be processed as they cover the postage and try to keep that as low as possible, so assumed my phone was going to take a little longer.

After a couple of weeks I was worried so called them. The first lady was very polite on the phone and asked me to put in writing my reference code. They replied straight away stating that reference number was not logged (I must of written the wrong numbers or it was dater inputted incorrectly their end), but to send the IMEI number of the phone and gave me a number of options on how to get this number.

I found out the number and she emailed me the very next afternoon to inform me that my phone had been located and they had processed me the money via paypal. (within 7 days)

Just a very nice pleasant experience with a company, that could had just fobbed me off
