How do i register a domain name for a customer?
I need to be able to register it and i have all the nameserver details ready to put in. I mean i know how to register a domain name for myself, but to do it for a customer it has to be in their name so how do i do this?
any help would be appreciated.

Just had a quick look and this is something you would most likely request either during the registration process or you could transfer ownership to them once all the setup was done. It may involve a small effort on their part (sending something on headed paper or similar)
An e-mail to someone like https://www.netnames.co.uk would probably give you an exact answer as to the process. - it may differ between comapanies.0
