Parcel Monkeys - Monkeying Around
THis company is absolutely terrible. It took me 3 e-mails and numerous calls to get them to collect, then they sent two unrelated parcels to the same address! Morevoer, they do not act on e-mails and all their telephone lines divert you back to the web - an endless and frustrating loop.
Be warned if something goes wrong your stuck (like insurance this is when you find out how good they are).

I had a terrible experience with them. I re-arranged collection of an item three times. The first time they (well, CityLink, who they use) didn't turn up it was fair enough as it was during the heavy snow. But there was no excuse for the next two missed collections.
