Isn't there a rule on kiss like other stations u cant win over £100 worth in 6 months per household xxxxx

4.9 Prize Limits. No person or persons at the same residential address may win more than one prize valued at £500 or more via any of our Competitions in any six (6) month period.
4.10 Retrospective Effect. Where an entrant or prize winner has been found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions of a Competition and in particular where a person is in breach of the entry restrictions set out in rules 4.6 to 4.9 above, we may nevertheless still enforce our right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to us of any prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or prize winner in question.

if theres any odd hours or an afternoon/day whatever where you need someone else to listen i can do too if it helps (just listneing online too much bumps me over my gb allowance and i get charged then and radios/tv dont work in my house). and i can always check names posted here of lists and call people to call if that would be helpful........just let me know if/what/when if necessary.

Was wondering if there is a particular time that this is taking place ie 9am to 5pm.
I can't see anything on their website.
I would love to volunteer to listen out too but need to work out what times it's on so that I can work it around my 3 daughters.

The below is in reference to registration details, which are slightly inaccurate.

Then i've followed up with the rest of the pertinent T&C's, after which i've just explained anything that might need stating in bold, or that might be potentially confusing.

ITEM 4: COMPETITION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES Entries for the Competition may start on Monday 25th February 2010 at 9am and will close at 3pm on Friday 26th February 2010 (“Registration Period”).

All online registrations must be received within the Registration Period.

Clearly by checking your calenders the first date is meant to be Monday 25th January 2010, not february. The end date for entries is accurate however.

ITEM 5: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES, TIMES AND OPERATIONS The Competition will run on air on Kiss 100 FM from February 1st 2010 and February 26th 2010 (“Duration”).

The Competition rounds will be conducted from Monday to Friday during the Duration between 7am and 8pm (“Operating Period”).

The Promoter will make at least 5 random name selections on each day between Monday and Friday during the Operating Period.

The presenter of the radio show will read out the NAME of the entrant selected by random.

This entrant will have no more than 15 minutes to contact the station from when his/her name is announced live on air to contact the radio station on the phone number (0207 617 9100) in order to claim his/her prize.

If the entrant satisfies this and the other terms and conditions of this Competition it will be a (“Winning Contestant”)

No other form of communication whatsoever will be acceptable and this call must be made in person by the named entrant within this timeframe.

A security check will be performed by the radio station when a claim is made to the prize; this will be the recall of phone number and email address supplied by the entrant at the point of registration.

If the entrant fails to contact the radio station by telephone on the number provided within the specified 15 minutes then no prize will be awarded to that entrant. THE PROMOTER’S DECISION IS FINAL.

Entrants can only play once – an entrant can only be announced once on air during the Operating Period (notwithstanding any failure to win a prize or the number of registrations it may make). Once an entrant has been selected at random and announced on air they will be ineligible for any future selection and the entry will be removed.

So there you have it. Security check is recalling your phone number and email to them.

If your name is drawn, and you fail to call in, or fail to recall your details, then your entry is thrown out of the competition.

ITEM 8: DRAW DETAILS The winners will be chosen by electronic random draw from the pool of entrants who have registered for the Competition at that point (other than those persons who have previously been selected and announced on air).

Please note – the pool of entrants from which the selections will be made will get bigger as the Competition progresses.

ITEM 9: PRIZE DETAILS Prizes consist of an amount which will vary between £100 to £1000.

The amount will be identified by the radio presenter as each new round is announced.

Each Winning Contestant will win a prize.
