:mad::mad::mad: rang customer services.....Have to go collect a replacement card with a number they gave me cause card faulty (bearing in mind we only changed over to npower with new card 4 weeks ago) and bring it home to activate it then go back to shop and top up.....Send other card back with recepit for todays top up....Johns £10 down and now have to turn gas off as only have 90p left.....I cant get to the shop cause its way tooooo far but its by john factory so he gonna try do it......Gonna be a cold day here and sophie got bad cough and cold....:(

thats awful easter...............surely they must have some kinda contingency plan for people with kids who have no gas through no fault of their own :mad::mad::mad: ................sending you & the girls warmth

nPower are responsible for me fitting a big coal fire ...hate them. They gave me a thousand quid bill last year and then threatened to cut me off even whn they knew it was ridiculous.
We'll refund you....haha no can't as I won't be bloody paying until I get an accurate bill lol
