I've just been reminded by a kind soul who I took 11 months to reply to (I didn't log in to MSE for that long, shame on me...) that I set up a site called:
www.estate-agent-reviews.co.uk
Which does what it says really. Add and review estate/letting agents.
Hope it helps anyone that is venting at the moment...

I have just added a review. I always wanted to know if there was a site like this as we had a really traumatic time with one letting agent and I would hate anyone to go through what we did. :mad:0
