Great price for a Bluetooth enabled smartphone. I have the Orange C500 version of this phone loaded with TomTom sat nav installed on the mini-sd card.
They have over 500 in stock:

Has it got a Ctrl Alt and Del keys for when it locks up and a Start key for when you want to turn it offWelcome, rogerramjet.

LOL it does have start (they couldn't resist I guess) but I haven't seen a BSOD yet :rotfl:
But seriously they are very underestimated using contacts is a dream compared to other phones it shows most of the info Outlook does (and syncs directly unlike any other symbian) and when you go on line and see the google search engine like you would on a pc it's hard not to be impressed!
Oh and these phones have been bloody good MP3 / wma / mp4 / wmv / whatever other extension players for a number of years now, so really they should be given a lot more credit!
LOL someone has also managed to get Doom and Duke3D working on them
Anyway Microsoft i want my commision now0 -
For an extra 6 quid you can get the i-mate SP3 Value Pack (UK) - seems to come with an in car charger and a mini SD card but it does not say how much mem it has.
Also just seen the i-mate SP3i Smartphone (Multi-lingual, US) not quite sure what the diff is between SP3 and SP3i apart from the looks but same price?! Infact SP3i is £2 cheaper but comes with US AC Adaptor not UK:)The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)0 -
Runs TomTom, worth it just for that0

These are great little phones.
I had an SP3 for a year, and have an SP5 now, and they are easily the best phones I've used.
The SP3 especially was SUPER reliable and never crashed.
The phone part if definitely their strong point: the dialing interface with contacts is REALLY easy to use, it has basically infinite call and message history, and the keyboard on the SP3 is not cramped like a lot of new smartphones.
It's really small too - much tinier than any other smartphone.
I love the automatic synchronisation with my outlook calendar: it's great to just chuck an appointment into my outlook calendar at work to remind myself to do something in the evening or the weekend.
It's really helped with my time management, which used to be rubbish.
I also use iSilo to have my newspaper automatically copied onto the phone every morning. You'll be surprised how readable the screen is for this.
Expansys had a couple of B Grade SP3s for around 45.00 which would be an absolute steal for one of these if you can still get one.0 -
I must agree, I had a C500 for a year, and it was an excellent phone/pda
I have a Tmobile Vario atm and think that it is the dogs!
But,thinking about it, I do very little on it that I couldn't do pn thr C500 - other than the handwriting recogniton, tHAT IS0 -

These SPV's have a terrible reputation. They are very unreliable and keep crashing all the time.
Microsoft may have a lot to do with it !
That rubbish. I have been running a C500 for near on 2 years now. Sold my upgrade as this phone was so good. Doesnt crash. Does everything you could want it to. As much software as you'll ever need available. Has yet to let me down. Bargain at this price!0 -

I wander if that myth originates from symbian users?0
