Hi everyone, this is my first house and am planning on changing the kitchen. I'm thinking cheap and cheerful but not bad quality (if that's at all possible)! Any recommendations? By the way the kitchen is 3450mm x 198mm so not massive.
Thanks
Sue

We bought a new kitchen from Wicks in Rayleigh this time last year and really pleased with it. Looks alot more expensive than it actually was and no problems so far. I think they have a sale on at the moment as well.0

I cant open that link but thanks any way. I had a quote from Homebase yesterday by some 'kid' that just wanted to talk about himself the whole hour....like I give a....!
He put in the most expensive sizes, then the brother in law popped round and managed to find cheaper alternatives to what he's quoted and has saved me a bomb!
Think I'll just design it my self and then tell the kitchen people what I want! Not the other way round the theiving !!!!!!s!0 -
I have been involved in kitchens since leaving school (some 26 years ago!) and my advice would be to go to a specialist. The 'sheds' are not as cheap as you would believe, and generally not as skilled in planning.
If you want to send me your design I would be pleased to offer advice on how to reduce costs or improve it.0
