Tottenham tickets (Villa game 6th Feb)

My fiancee is a huge spurs fan and hasn't been able to afford to go to a game for a couple of years. The villa game is on his birthday, and I'd really love to take him. (6th feb). I realise i've left it late, but it only just occured to me.
I've never bought football tickets, so don't know much about where to get them etc. I've registered on spurs website and the tickets are on general sale, but they're all sold out.
Is there anywhere else that's trustworthy? I've heard so much about dodgy ticket tout sites. Any help would be mahoosively appreciated.

I have been on this website and says tickets available - not sure how reliable safe etc

Thank you, but unfortunately they're sold out. It shows available all the way through but then no actual seats left. Any other help would be brill.
