Still haven't received my £20 amazon voucher from Love Film. 69 days and counting...

Does anyone her remember Love Film's offer just before Christmas, whereby you would be sent a complimentary £20 Amazon voucher for joining up? I ask because I took them up on this offer at the beginning of November and I still haven't received mine yet. Let me start by saying that I followed the terms and conditions to the letter, which they themselves have confirmed, so there is no discrepancy there. Sensing a bargain I took up their cheapest option, my plan being to make one payment before cancelling and collecting my gift. I was told that I would receive my voucher within 30 days of my payment, which was the 20th of November, but I have till not received it. I have emailed time and time again, even within the initial 30 day period to ask how things were coming along, but still no sense of urgency on their part. After the 30 days I emailed again explaining my situation, part of me willing to accept that the treacherous weather conditions may have played a part in the delay. A quick apology came but it was accompanied by some quite astonishing information, which was that it could be another 30 days before my voucher would be here. Quite why I was pushed to the back of the queue instead of taking priority I am not quite sure, but in response to my protests I was simply told that it was not their department (the customer service team) and there was nothing they could do about it. Forward another 30 days and still nothing. So I contacted them again, and Amazon themselves, to see if there was anything they could do seen as their good name was being run through the mud by their affiliates. Unfortunately, and perhaps understandably, Amazon replied that there was nothing they could do, but they did supply me with a telephone number for Love Film, which they themselves had never provided. This I used to contact them last week. The lady on the phone assuring me that it was a stock issue and that it would be no more than 2 working days before I was sent the voucher. That was 10 days ago. The bottom line is that it is now 69 days I have been waiting, which I'm sure you'll agree is an astonishing time to wait for a voucher to be placed in an envelope and sent out, all the more so when you consider that this is a company who prides itself on being a quick mail oriented service. I am very angry because I feel like I have been duped into giving them money, like I have been scammed. Isn't this fraudulent? Surely if it was a low level company the cry would be fraud and legal action would be considered. I feel absolutely powerless because I'm being completely ignored. What's to stop them adding on another 30 days here and there until I give up and let this go? Apologies for my ranting, I was just hoping that some of you could offer some advice? Many thanks for your time.

Wonderful customer services there. No wonder the likes of Blockbuster/Lidl Movies/Cinema Paradiso wipe the floor with them in terms of customer support.Official SOS Club number 011 - Dry until 17/11/20090
