After a bit of advice. This has come quite late in the day (I finish tomorrow) but I believe the terms I've been given are incorrect.
I transferred into my current company in 2000 and have now found out under that agreement I am entitled to different terms. Our company pays flexible pay so you have a base salary and a flexible salary based on your benefits. The terms I was presented with were based on the base salary although PiLON was on flexible (actual) pay. I've now been informed that our previous terms were 'actual pay' and the base terms are for standard terms employees only.
I've raised the issue with HR. However, I signed paperwork based on the figures I'd been given. It does state that it is an estimate only and may change though.
Any thoughts or guidance? Just conscious that because I leave tomorrow, this may (probably) won't get resolved before I finish?
