    Can the seller do that if they have all that info about the car at the top and stuff, would it not be against any rules? Or is it just tough luck if anyone should buy it?

    I don't think it's against ebay rules because it is is the same font and size as the rest of the listing.

    Seriously, he's just looking for an off-eBay deal to avoid fees. Not a "scammer" in the true sense of the word.

    I think he is trying to avoid e bay fees though. That in itself is against e bay rules.
