Avent Training - Insolvancy

Hi I have a training contract with Advent for £6000 they are now insolvant. Have I lost all my money:money:

If you paid in cash or a debit card, one could say bye bye to it.
If you paid by credit card, the help is in the CCA0 -
or has the OP been hired by the company to give training?
If they owe you money then you need to speak to the liquidator and join the queue.0 -
My son has also been hit by this insolvency. He paid £5K for his course through the Barclays Partner Finance "Personal Loan Buy Now Pay Later" arrangement. This appears to be covered by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Does anyone know if this affords the same safeguards as paying by credit card would have given?0
