They could do but not always, if there is no arrears then you can request they refund the PPI etc back to you, some if there are arrears - refund towards the account and the remainder refunded to you.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

the debt was passed to calders debt agency now its with moorcroft but as they dont have cca im disputing the account also reclaiming bank charges0
