Debt relief order advice please !!

Hello i currently owe around 14k in bank loans, to 2 different banks.

After my income less all my expenses i do have less than £50 so i would be eligible for a dro. This iswere the problem lies.

Due to several family issues, i rent the house were i am living off my mam because she is backwards and forwards between our house and her partners. The house is rented from the council and all the bills are in my mams name. I pay my mam X amount a month towards the costs, but how can i prove this, as the bills are in my mams name?

Any help at all would be appreciated because im sure if i filed for dro they would ask for proof of paying these bills.

I had the same problem. I pay my mam £200 a month in rent and contribute towards bills. My bank statement clearly shows that I transfer X amount into her account every month and this was enough proof i needed. My DRO was approved yesterday.

If you pay the money by transfer or cheque you should have no problem in showing proof. If you pay in cash can you show on your statements that you regularly get the same (or similar) amount of cash out just after pay day?
