    Logs look fine (Suprisingly)

The only thing of note was Ashampoo ~
    Defragmentation-Service (DfSdkS) - mst software GmbH, Germany - C:\Program Files\Ashampoo\Ashampoo WinOptimizer 2010 Advanced\Dfsdks.exe

Its a VERY poor registry cleaning program so theres every chance its removed something it shouldnt have

I would recommend RESTORING 'ALL' of everything its ever removed and uninstalling it

You can use CCLEANER in its place (Far safer)

Does the crashing happen at any particular time or it it purely random?
Im thinking its probably hardware related

Sounds like it might be a graphics card issue

    Try updating the drivers

Do you know what you have?

If not, 1st port of call would be DEVICE MANAGER
    http://www.technical-assistance.co.uk/kb/devman.php

    Find the 'display adaptor'

Also let us know if there are any 'yellow exclamation' marks next to anything

You've got the minimum amount of RAM needed to run XP. I would up that 512MB to 1GB or 1.5GB regardless of any other problems.

    Use the System Scanner.

Not technically correct, I actually had a pc with 64 Mb in it that ran XP (incredibly slowly :p)
