Don't know what to suggest Rictus, never had any problems with mine but I got it in May & tax didn't run out until February, so I suppose they had loads of time to sort it out !

I am going to get a bloody plumber round next week when OH isn't here. I am SICK TO DEATH of the bloody loud kettling boiler that makes me want to SCREAM!!!!! I think it needs something like Fernox through the system - I researched it all and found a specific product but he keeps putting me off and saying its just air.

I know a young lad who I've known since he was a kid and he's now a trained plumber.

He's a neighbour on Farmville and I play his Mum at Scrabble on FB so I'm going to ask him if he'll do the job for me :D

It stopped in September after doing it from last March but started again at the beginning of December. I'll just tell OH it just stopped again ;) I'm going to have to turn off the heating it makes me soooooooo stressed the sound of it constantly!!

Go for it BB - do you reckon the plumber could lay the laminate flooring while he's there too, get all the jobs done that your OH said he was going to do while he's away.
